The internet and news were recently set ablaze with the story of the self-proclaimed “abortion doula” Emily Letts’ video uploaded to YouTube of her abortion procedure. We spoke about the situation last week.While searching around for social commentary on the subject, we stumbled across the video uploaded by ‘Naturalmomma’. Her video is titled:I LOVE ABORTION! (In support of Emily Letts)This short video contains Naturalmomma’s thoughts and support of Emily Letts’ decision to take the life of her own child. We respond to a few minutes of the video. It is a perfect display of the soundbite argumentation of the culture of death. Mind you, it is chilling to watch. In the background of the video are precious young children playing. At the end of the video, Naturalmomma brings her children into the celebration of death by having them repeat:”Reproductive rights!””We support Emily Letts!””Thank goodness my mother had choices!”We offered Naturalmomma an opportunity to speak with us and defend her position on our show. She declined and asked us not to use her public video. We declined.Here is our response.
